Events

A2X will host an event in May, 2008 for businesses who are curious about how green strategies can earn them greater profit. The event is geared towards small companies (15-200 employees) but is relevant to all.

Sustainability strategies are critical to reducing operating costs, increasing profit and beating the competition. Moving towards sustainability is an excellent defense against a brittle economy.

This meeting will address easy and accessible ways for businesses to save money by going green. Topics include:

  • The environment and our current economic downturn
  • Energy reduction
  • Governmental incentives
  • Incorporating a sustainability business strategy
  • Capitalizing on Green to drive innovation

The Location
We are hosting the event in a class A building in Livingston, New Jersey at 290 Route 10.

The building offers sophisticated multimedia capabilities which are well suited for participants' technology needs.

The event will take place early evening, after work. We will provide refreshments and light snacks.

Speakers
We have lined up one speaker, sustainability expert William G. Russell, and we are currently pursuing one to two more speakers. We are targeting New Jersey policy makers, business leaders whose organizations have progressive sustainability strategies, and innovation gurus.

Event Format
Following presentations by our keynote speakers, there will be a structured networking component so participants can collaborate and share key information.
